Responsibilities: CAD Drafting: Produce precise 2D technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD. Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements and specifications. 3D Visualization: Utilize SketchUp to create realistic 3D visualizations of designs and concepts. Ensure accurate representation of spatial relationships, materials, and lighting in 3D models. Project Collaboration: Work closely with the design and engineering teams to integrate 3D models into the overall project workflow. Provide support and revisions based on feedback from project stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of drawings and 3D models to ensure accuracy and adherence to project standards. Identify and address any discrepancies or issues promptly. Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation related to CAD drawings and 3D models. Generate reports and documentation as required by project specifications. Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CAD Draughtsman with proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Strong 3D visualization skills, with the ability to create realistic and visually appealing 3D models.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in CAD drafting and 3D modelling.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Design).
• Over 3 years of experience in CAD drafting and 3D visualization.
