Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree from an accredited institution.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
Understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
