Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Engineer to join our New Product Development department. The ideal candidate will fresher or have 0 to 4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong background in mechanical engineering and expertise in CAD software, specifically AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototyping for new product designs.
- Analyse manufacturing processes and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure product designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
- B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
