CAD SOFTWARE DEVELOPER – Cad Desk Job Portal

Job Responsibility:

Study the drawing and highlight the points where customer's interface is required.
Co-ordinate with COO for communication to customer.
Preparation of bill of material including if any special requirement
Make the costing sheet and fill the BOM for price in co-ordination with COO. For New Part No. or any
ECN change co-ordinate with COO along with BOM for further communication to customer.
Maintain APQP timing chart wherever it is required. Co-ordinate with Tool room if any new tooling
Gauges are required.
Co-ordinate with Production Dept. for making of samples with Process / Product Control Sheet when everything required is available/in place.
Conduct Type Test as per plan and for the samples under development.
Update the actions on Mahindra portal along with COO every month, Co-ordinate with purchase function for procurement of new items before samples are taken for sample dev./VP lot.
Discuss the action plan for the points raised during the second party audit and make an action plan for follow up and implementation. Side by side develop the PPAP Documents.
Making of drawings on Autocad wherever it is required.
Check the Parts for PISI, PIPC as per the Plan.
Responsible for Q.A function in the absence of Quality Head.
