Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be capable of managing and executing a variety of civil engineering projects. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure and construction projects. Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and budget. Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules within school.
• Design and Drafting: Prepare detailed engineering designs, plans, drawings, and specifications for various civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, drainage systems, and utilities for the school building.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all engineering designs and projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Site Inspections: Conduct site visit and inspections to assess project progress, quality, and safety. Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and recommend cost-effective solutions to keep projects on track financially.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and integrity of engineering designs and construction activities, implementing best practices and industry standards.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, surveyors, and construction professionals to ensure project success.
• Environmental Considerations: Incorporate sustainable and environmentally friendly design principles into projects, including stormwater management and erosion control.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and reports, including project progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 1- 2 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure and construction projects.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and structural analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and regulations.
