Key Responsibilities For Civil Engineer 1. Manage construction projects from start to finish. This would involve: + Conduct site inspections to assess project feasibility, site conditions, and compliance with Engineering standards. + Planning the entire project before commencement, vendor and contractor management to expedition of these projects to the final finish. + Prepare regular progress reports, documentation, and project updates for management and clients. + Conduct quality assurance checks and inspections to ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry best practices. + Monitor project progress, budget, and resources to identify and address potential delays or cost overruns. + Should be able to read, study and understand drawings and BoQs so as to explain the same to the team at site. + Provide technical guidance and support to on-site construction teams to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards 2. Willingness to travel and work on-site at various locations (outside Mumbai) as per project requirements. 3. Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. 4. Civil Engineer with RCC expertise.This position requires strong technical knowledge,problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. 5. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and resolve technical issues. 6.
