- Data Management: Oversee the collection, cleaning, and organization of data from various sources. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- System Implementation: Design, develop, and implement MIS systems to support business goals.
- Report Generation: Create and maintain comprehensive MIS reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to management.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Technology Evaluation: Stay updated on the latest MIS trends and technologies to recommend system enhancements.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and its functions is a must (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills while handling complex data .
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented individuals with a passion for technology and data (a plus)
