Job Title: Interior Designer Job Summary:Reflection Designs is looking for a passionate and skilled Interior Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will independently manage projects, take site measurements, create layouts on CAD, and design customized interiors that align with client requirements. This role offers the opportunity to handle projects from start to finish while collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Project Management:
• Measure sites and create detailed layouts on AutoCAD or similar software.
• Develop innovative and functional designs tailored to client needs.
• Manage individual projects independently, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
• Design Execution:
• Prepare layouts, 3D views, and design presentations using tools such as CAD, 3ds Max/SketchUp, Canva, CorelDraw, or Photoshop.
• Assist in material selection and collaborate with contractors for seamless execution.
• Documentation:
• Create accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for projects.
• Maintain project records and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, CorelDraw, Photoshop, and Canva.
• Strong design sense with the ability to create functional and aesthetic interiors.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of continuous professional experience in interior design.
• Detail-oriented, committed, and proactive.
