Job Summary: The in-house architect is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction or renovation of buildings and structures within the organization. • Budget Oversight:
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and manage project budgets related to architectural aspects.

• Research and Innovation:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Professional licensure as an architect.
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
