Position Overview: SYNOVATIVE is seeking a talented and experienced 3D Modeler specializing in exterior & interior visualization to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in 3D modeling and rendering, with a focus on creating stunning exteriors for architectural projects. You will play a key role in translating architectural concepts into visually compelling and realistic 3D representations that align with client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed and accurate 3D models of exterior architectural elements, including buildings, landscapes, and outdoor environments. Collaborate closely with our design and visualization teams to ensure alignment with project objectives. Translate 2D drawings, blueprints, and design sketches into fully realized 3D models that capture the architectural vision. Utilize texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques to create realistic and captivating exterior visualizations. Maintain high quality and technical standards across all 3D models. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in 3D modeling software and techniques to continuously enhance your skills and the company’s capabilities. Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience as a 3D Modeler specializing in exterior visualization for architectural projects. Proficiency in 3D modeling tools such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, V-Ray, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere, or similar software. Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods. A robust portfolio showcasing previous exterior 3D modeling and visualization work. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with VR technologies and their application in architectural visualization is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
