- Explore the feasibility of the process from 2D & 3D received from the customer
- Work with the tool room team to prepare concept design of the mould
- Using SolidWorks software to prepare mould design, BoM, Core & Cavity extraction
- Prepare M&M / DFM and obtain customer signoff
- Support toolroom team at every stage of mould manufacture through inspection of mould components
- Collaborate with PPC / Production and other departments for Trials and prepare Trial and layout report
- Obtain pre-production sample (as per customer requirement) approval for inspection against mould design .
- Maintain end-to-end complete documentation for each project
